Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellation

  • Orders once confirmed cannot be cancelled after processing has begun.

  • Customized or made-to-order jewellery is strictly non-cancellable once the order is placed.

  • Any cancellation request, if accepted at the sole discretion of the company, may attract deductions for market loss, processing costs, and administrative charges.

2. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances:

  • Customized, personalized, engraved, or made-to-order jewellery

  • Products altered or resized on customer request

  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, tampering, or misuse

  • Products returned without original packaging, certificates, or invoices

This is non-negotiable and industry-standard for high-value jewellery.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds, if any, are:

  • Subject to internal company policy and quality inspection

  • Considered only in rare cases such as manufacturing defects or incorrect product delivery

  • Not guaranteed and are approved solely at the company’s discretion

Approval of a refund does not imply admission of fault.

4. Non-Refundable Charges

In case a refund is approved:

  • Making charges are non-refundable

  • GST and other applicable taxes are non-refundable

  • Any payment gateway, logistics, or handling charges will be deducted

Refunds, if processed, will be based only on the product value, not on auxiliary charges.

5. Market Value Adjustment

Jewellery prices are based on prevailing market rates.
If a refund is approved, the company reserves the right to:

  • Deduct any loss arising due to gold, diamond, or silver price fluctuations

  • Calculate the refund based on current market value, not purchase value

This clause is critical to prevent speculative buying and returns.

6. Refund Processing Timeline

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days

  • Refunds will be issued only to the original mode of payment

  • The company is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment gateways

7. Shipping & Delivery Issues

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable

  • Any damage or discrepancy must be reported at the time of delivery with proof

  • Claims raised after acceptance of delivery may be rejected

8. Chargebacks & Fraud Prevention

  • Unjustified chargebacks, false claims, or misuse of refund policies may result in:

    • Permanent account suspension

    • Order cancellation

    • Legal action if required

The company reserves the right to contest chargebacks with supporting evidence.

9. Policy Changes

The company reserves the right to modify or update this policy at any time without prior notice.
The latest version available on the website shall prevail.
