3. Making Charges

4. Product Images & Descriptions

- Minor variations in colour, design, weight, stone setting, or finish may occur due to manufacturing processes, lighting, screen resolution, or handcrafting.
- Such variations do not qualify as defects or grounds for return.

- All diamond jewellery is certified by authorized gemological laboratories.
- Gold jewellery is hallmarked as per applicable BIS standards.

6. Order Confirmation & Cancellation
- An order is considered confirmed only after successful payment and order confirmation communication.
- Once an order is confirmed, cancellation may not be allowed, especially for customized or made-to-order jewellery.
- Any cancellation request is subject to approval and may involve deductions for market loss, making charges, or processing fees.
7. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

- Products showing signs of wear, tampering, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.
